Important: When you interact with an FPComms AI voice agent (whether as an inbound caller or outbound call recipient), the call may be recorded and transcribed. The AI agent will identify itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call.

For our AI voice agent services specifically:

  • All AI agents clearly identify themselves as artificial intelligence
  • Call recordings are stored securely and access is limited to authorised personnel
  • Transcriptions may be used for quality assurance and service improvement
  • Our clients (who deploy the AI agents) are data controllers for their customer data
  • We act as a data processor on behalf of our clients
  • Data Processing Agreements are available upon request

12Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
